The 2025 Pick up New Students from Brussels Airport activity is an initiative organized to support incoming Vietnamese students as they arrive in Belgium to begin their studies.

VINASAG volunteers will greet new students at Brussels Airport, assist them with luggage, and guide them through transportation arrangements to Ghent. This service ensures that newcomers feel welcomed, safe, and cared for from the very first moment they arrive. In addition, volunteers will provide essential information about student life in Ghent, helping new students to quickly adapt to their new environment.
