As part of the university-wide month of diversity and inclusion, FRiS organises a lecture with Karen De Sousa Pesse, on Thursday March 2nd, in auditorium E in the Technicum building, at 19:00.
Karen got her MSc. in sustainable materials engineering at Ghent University and is now a senior executive of Salesforce Public Sector. During her lecture, she will tell us all about the obstacles she had to overcome, like lack of funds, prejudice and other difficulties and how she is now helping others with the knowledge that she acquired.
