This business game – developed in cooperation with the IESEG School of Management (Lille – Paris) – is designed to show you the importance and complexity of project scheduling, all while making sure you have some fun!

As a player, your mission is to master project scheduling and turn it into a real competitive advantage against fellow participants. Your path to victory? Avoiding any scheduling errors and making smart, quick decisions under the pressure of the ticking clock.

But here’s the twist: with each round, the stakes get higher. You’ll face new layers of complexity with the addition of limited resources, emerging risks, and contractual deadlines. Can you deal with these challenges in your project schedule and still come out on top?
