In groeiavond 2 hebben we naar alternatieven voor massa vleesproductie gekeken. In groeiavond 3 gaan we hierop verder. Nu willen we eens een blik werpen op het consumeren van insecten als proteïnebron. Is dit het voedsel van de toekomst? Er zullen proevertjes zijn! Proef de toekomst! ;)

This evening we will take a look at consuming insects. Is it a good alternative as a source of protein. Is this the food of the future? You will be able to taste it! ;)
